Return & Exchange Policy

All Eliia abayas are made-to-order and cannot be returned or exchanged if they match the agreed specifications. Returns or exchanges are only accepted within 7 days if the item is defective, incorrect, or not as described. Requests must be submitted within 7 days. Refunds are processed within 14 business days after receiving the item in original condition. Placing an order means acceptance of this policy.
